This is an excellent palm router jig, it will have lots of uses. ideal for rebating for hinges, also i can see it will have heaps of other uses. it is had no instructions with the jig, it was simple enough to assemble it, in doing so, i was thinking of all the other uses i could use the jig for.

Received in good condition and on time.



The router base almost fits my Bosch GLF 55-6 Palm Router.

I.e. I can clamp the router, but the gear mechanism does not work: The gear diameter is about 1-2mm too small. Worth a try nonetheless.

The hole spacing doesn't match the original Bosch router base, but it looks like I'll be able to drill the required holes or alternatively mill slots.
