I give it 4 stars because I haven't tried it yet; it's elastic covered with nylon. It's not suitable for heavy hammers.

Does exactly what's expected. lanyard is long enough for arms reach. i am solar installer and use it daily. i use it to secure power tools and hand tools.

Cord is great but the carabiner is useless.

It looks sturdy and made of good material.

It can withstand a cordless saw weighing 6kg, but still - it's difficult!

Ideal for lighter power tools or mechanical tools when working at heights. The carabineer looks and feels cheap and the twist to lock isn't working 100% as expected because there is no stop and it's easy to over turn. Still the main part works as expected. Grate value for the price imho.
