The power is not coming on.
It's defective.
The case is a mess too.
Wrap it in an air cap and put it in a box.
I hope you can make sure it doesn't get pressed down.
It's a bit difficult to return it.
Use something else as the box packaging material.
Please send it to me. Please.
F
Everything arrived crushed and defective, I hope to resolve this issue.
K
I really enjoyed connecting well.
T
Arrived cracked and damaged, customer service refunded but it seems like a lot of these are arriving broken due to poor packaging, so i don't think there is any point re-ordering.
B
Bulb is split. I ordered two identical ones and they don't rotate at the same speed...
C
The lamp bulbs are dirty and scratched, they look like used lamps, not new ones. One has a bulb with hairline damage and doesn't light up. Only one has the characteristics of being new. Definitely disappointed, not honest.
T
Excellent product 👍👍 very beautiful
K
Everything is correct, thank you.

Unfortunately, it arrived damaged.

E
The glass of the bulb arrived broken, but the return process is so complicated and the cost of return shipping is more expensive than the price of the product. I have given up.
T
Works well, but the dome was badly cracked.

The product is damaged
Or broken
A
The product is severely damaged. Both the packaging and the product itself.
L
The product is generally good. A plastic prism hemisphere rotates over colored LEDs. The prism sphere is only connected to the base with a thin shaft. Unfortunately, the prism sphere was not secured during transport (in a simple outer box). Upon delivery, the sphere was cracked twice (see photo), probably due to impacts during transport. I am waiting for the seller's response before attempting a new order.
C
The product arrived all broken, not packaged at all, just in a box. Sad and unpleasant.
B
All scratched due bad package. It works. Ok for kids.
B
Good quality
S
Not satisfied with the product. The inside of the plastic is all scratched. Please replace the bowl itself or the entire product by Christmas.
