The product photos seem to have a slightly longer aspect ratio.

The package arrived intact and was packed quite well. The plate is made of metal and generally appears solid, but it arrives disassembled; you just need to screw in two screws and attach the chain, and it's ready. I expected it to be a bit smaller, but it's still fine as a decorative item for bookshelves; it creates a nice atmosphere.

Despite the package arriving damaged, the product was miraculously intact.
I mean, before the packages arrived in perfect condition, now that the import tax is also paid, has the service gotten worse?
I don't understand.
