Sorry for posting my review earlier... this is a product that I initially bought a year ago... I saw very good results in reducing my electricity bills... it helps us a lot to have a more stable voltage ⚡ when high-consumption appliances are turned on in my home... Very good, but it has an issue with the American plug and you need to buy an adapter to connect it to a shoe or outlets in Chile.

I installed them as soon as I received them (October 17) and today, October 24, I have one that doesn't work; the light doesn't turn on, and I've tried it in several outlets and it still doesn't turn on.

This device is a total scam. as an electrical enthusiast, i bought them just to see what’s inside. they don’t even have the fake capacitor that they used to have. for any non-electrically inclined people reading this, this device, even if it actually worked, would not reduce your bill. households are charged only for real power consumption (kw) not reactive power (kvar) or total power (kva). this device only reduces the reactive power consumption, but not the real power consumption, therefore, your bill would remain unchanged. do not waste your money on this junk!!

I would recommend it, but not the one you sent me by mistake or oversight. When purchasing on the website, it does not indicate the type of connectors, so I assume you know what is used in Chile. I would appreciate a solution as soon as possible, thank you very much.
