The instructions are in chinese, but from looking at the schematic and the pictures, i was able to piece it together. It seems to work just fine, even if the course on the back of the page got folded.

Cool little toy. Took about an hour and a half to assemble. The instructions unfortunately are not great but if you have a bit of electronics experience, you will figure it out..

Worked from the beginning. You can make the track by laying electrical tape on a piece of cardboard and it will follow it pretty well. In the beginning, it kept going left at one of the intersections, but i adjusted one of the potentiometers and it started going straight through.

The kit is well designed, all components as in the picture.
