1.75mm PLA Filament for FDM 3D Printing

I’ve been using kingroon for a year now and it is a great easy to use filament. great bang for your buck.

The filament arrived absolutely full of moisture. When i first tried printing with it, i couldn't get even a small item to print properly. There was a lot of stringing and the overall print quality was pretty bad.



I dried the filament overnight, and that made a huge difference. After drying, it printed reasonably well. The results still aren't perfect, but they're acceptable, especially considering the price.



The color labeling is also confusing. The colors are shown on the box, but they don't seem to match the actual filament very well. For example, the pictured part was printed using the filament labeled brown, but to me it looks much more orange than brown.



Overall, it's an okay budget option once dried, but i would not expect it to be ready to print straight out of the box, and i wouldn't rely too much on the advertised color names.

I loved it, they even put it on plastic bag because they knew it was going to rain. great quality of material.. i really recommend

Wow! This is a great deal on some 'reasonable' to 'good' qualify filament.



I've printed on my prusa mini, results below.

I am fighting some stringing, but i'm not convinced it's the filaments fault.

The filament does seem to print better on the lower end (~190c) of the temperature range.

The only issue i'd say as all of the colors in this 10pack of kingroom basic pla filament is that each color is muted. The whites dont look white (they look dull milky), blue is not royal blue it's a lighish blue. Brown isnt bronw, it's more of an orangy (brown? ); red is not deep red, it's a brick red. In summary each color does not pop (when compared to larger name brand filaments). However, depending on your usage this may or may not be an issue. There is no denying the value.



The rolls are well rolled and no tangles.

The spool is plastic. Overall i'm happy, and i'll likely order again for my non-color-sensitive printing needs.

Destroyed parts of my printer. constant failed prints. avoid at all cost. shipping top notch though.

Of the 10 rolls in the package, 4 were not vacuum-sealed.

Fantastic as always kingroon

Color of filament is rather transparent. Very unfortunate when you are using it for multi color. Whites and lighter colors are much much worst. If opacity is what you are looking for. This is not it.

The price was amazing and the quality of the filament was what i was hoping for. The package was well shipped. The reels are intact and the filament was vacuum packed so it was dry.

I own a creality hi 3d printer (it is my first 3d system).
I have only ever ordered kingroon pla filament because of the price.

I can say i have gone through about 6 kilograms of kingroon pla filament of various colors and haven't had any issues with the filament at all. I vacuum seal rolls that are not in use and always use my creality filament system (c.f.s) to insure that the filament is ready for printing and have had alot of success.
Great filament...great price....usually arrives within 10 days.
