The order arrived quite quickly. The packaging is standard. All filters are packed in a large zip bag. Inside, they are divided into two pieces each in small cellophane bags. Use according to the level of contamination and water quality. Mine clogged up within a week.

Arrived quickly. There was a zip bag inside. I figured out how to assemble and install it very quickly. Don't forget the gaskets! This is important. We'll see how it performs, and I'll order filters a little later.

This is the second one I've bought; for the price they fulfill their function but don't last long. It worked fine for about 3 months, then it cracked and I had to install another one, which is why I rated it with 3 stars.

The two transparent acrylic pieces arrived broken, probably because they were loose in a plastic envelope, subject to impacts. I was able to test one of them as a whole, but the "chipped" part makes sealing difficult; the other one, with cracks, was unusable. I am only giving three stars, not for the product itself, but for the negligence and/or inefficiency in properly packaging the items for shipping. I had difficulty filing a complaint about receiving the products in a broken condition on your website, only to find this space for reporting, which is not of my interest as the complaint is made public. I request that this complaint be forwarded for action, as I ordered a product that included accessories which I cannot use because it arrived BROKEN!! !

It appears to be in excellent condition, not tested yet. Thank you to the seller.
