Item arrived cracked and is unusable

The shipment arrived without damage, which is the most important thing. I bought this 25 cm spatula because I have the 40 cm one, and it does its job brilliantly. This one is for smaller spaces where the large one can't fit.

Received. Arrived in 12 days. Everything is intact and undamaged. The spatula itself is slightly bent, but it straightens out during use and becomes flat.

Wonderful tool, except that after about 20m² the thin metal plate that holds the metal sheet broke. I solved it with 3 screws, but it slowed me down. It's worth the money, it's very cheap and convenient; I recommend that if you buy it, add at least two screws.
