You sent a model with an led display instead of an lcd. this could be a reason for a dispute. in this particular case, i have no objection - i'll just have a "glowing" one.

A soldering iron was purchased as part of set 3, everything arrived, but the soldering iron is not working. Broken heating element. The seller had the sense to pack it only in a plastic bag. Accordingly, the soldering iron was broken during transportation. In the refund, only the 38 UAH that I actually paid was refunded, but the bonuses were worth 300 UAH. I was forgiven. And to buy a new heating element, I need about 100-150 UAH. That is, for my work order, I still need to pay an additional 100 UAH and wait two weeks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this seller!!!! !

The parcel arrived quickly in 11 days by Ukrposhta, I ordered it with two more products in a set / three in one /. The soldering iron remembers the set temperature and immediately reaches it when turned on again, doing it very quickly! . In my opinion, the cord is a bit stiff and with the small weight of the soldering iron, it's a bit inconvenient to solder small SMD components because the cord constantly moves the soldering iron to one side, but it's not critical, one can get used to it. .
