I highly doubt that this product can withstand 5 tons. The material is very thin; 5-ton and 1-ton straps for securing loads are 2.5 times thicker.

One word. dangerous! they are 5% of their rating so avoid. do not buy and certainly do not use for lifting or pulling. see my photo for comparison. there are no markings and the hooks will break under low load.

First use to straighten a wooden pole. The strap broke. Normally, with 5 tons of resistance, it should have been the pole that broke.

Delivered on 10/04/2026. The part comes without a nameplate/sticker indicating the breaking load as tested. In fact, it is not on the tape or the hook. This is certainly for a good reason. If I look at the hooks, the strap, and the stitching, this belt does not resemble a 5to belt at all. I recently bought 1 or 2 belt loops through this platform. These are at least three times as thick as this tape. I would give that part a maximum weight capacity of 100 kg before it breaks or cracks at some point. You can tow a 5-ton truck with Bergab and, if it's in motion, maybe even pull it along at the same level. You can easily tow a 5-ton truck that has gotten stuck in the snow, sand, or mud. definitely cannot pull freely. I advise against the purchase.

I doubt that it will even pull my 1,2 ton city car...for sure it will break at the first tension...

not quite as described - the length is indeed five meters, but the fact that it can withstand a load of up to five tons raises doubts in viewers about the thickness of the cable layer, because I have such a thickness of the cable layer that cannot withstand a load of even up to two tons.
but for such a price it's still not bad thanks to the length.
