Shipping was fast, but arrived broken. they don't package the things very well. also ordered a chinese cleaver, and it's just in a soft cardboard box, the knife comes in, and put inside a bag. it was all squished. the knife have a bent point now. very disappointed in the packaging. i give it 2 stars, because it was fast.

Very well, thank you.

I tried a few, but I'm not sure if they cut well...

The stone is fine but the girt doesn’t match the description. I bought 400/1000 and 1000/3000 and the 1000 girt sides are much different textures on touch. Anyways it sharpens the blade if you follow intuition and not girt signs on the side
