product consistent with the description, the lower rotating socket depends on whether the contact hurts at the bottom or top, however, it can only be either vertically or horizontally, it does not hold intermediate angles, therefore 4 stars, it might be a matter of screwing in the bolt, but we won't choose "10 o'clock or 10:30," only 12 for the height of the arm is okay here, it works very well, extends and maintains the chosen height.
