Total failure there, firstly it's different from what is in the photos, both ends have a wide metal plate on the base, and i specifically chose the ones i bought to not have that as i think it's ugly, then theres how to fit it, i need both ends screwed down, adhesive isn't going to work for me, the small end unscrews from the base, that's fine, but the long end, look at the instructions (yes theres two step 4's and no step 6, just to add to the confuision! ), you remove the base with a screwdriver, ok, but once you screw that base to a wall you can't screw it back on as you can't access the screw with a screwdriver, because it's now attached to the wall!
Straight in the bin sadly, if the included sticky pads are enough for you you'll probably be ok (though feeling the resistance from the magnet, i doubt it),
