To Germany: 1–3 business days processing, then 5–12 business days in transit. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. Everything is as described. Delivery took 6 days. Heating range is 60 minimum and 600 maximum. You can set your own temperature range for both minimum and maximum airflow. After turning off, the heating coil cools down for 10 seconds.

Order 11.11 ~ Received 11.14. Korean delivery includes customs clearance and takes 2 nights and 3 days, which is quite fast like domestic delivery. It arrived with the same configuration as advertised. I haven't used it yet, but I expect good durability. I wish they had paid more attention to the packaging. The cordless heat gun only lasts 15 minutes, so I bought an additional corded one. 😳👍👍👍
