Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.

Returns

The product looks good, the downside is that you can't tell if it works, since the battery is not included, so you have to buy it to test the product. I will comment again later on whether it worked and if it meets its purpose.

Works as intended, but sent with no operating instructions.... it's not the most accurate tool i own, but it does what it's supposed to & detects/locates successfully in all three modes.

You need to buy a crown because it is not included in the set. The metal and wires appear to be excellent even immediately after turning it on. The only error there is approximately 1 cm. That is, for example, the wire itself has a width of 3mm, but the device detects it at about 1cm away, maybe even 2.

This is a really good value stud finder. It operates easily, and seems sensitive as advertised.
The only drawback is the instructions that are nearly useless, ambiguous sentences, parts not explained -- so you need to know how to calibrate and use this style of stud finder already!

I cannot rate the item either positively or negatively because it did not arrive. But I do want to write the review in case it's helpful to someone. I ordered several items, about 6 or so, and this one was one of the most expensive ones, or rather the one with the highest value, but the bag never arrived; it contained all the items except this one, and it was a huge disappointment. I don't know if it's the seller's fault, the logistics center's fault, or the final delivery person's fault. But well, I complained about it and they gave me a refund, which I really appreciate and it gives me peace of mind, because these things happen sometimes when you don't know or can't prove that an item hasn't arrived because you don't have it and they don't refund you. This time, yes. I attached the rest of the items as proof that the order had arrived, but not specifically this one. The truth is that everything went well and I am happy.
