Movinghead is great, powerconcable from 1 of the boxes was missing. probably taken out of box by a small hole that was cut in the box.

Allready owned a couple of them and added 4.more now.. all.seems good and nothing to.complain at the moment.

I had a dispute with the customer service and the seller. I received my products in a broken and pitiful condition, and they did not refund me the full amount on the pretext that I could resell them broken.

I bought 2 devices and they have already arrived. The supplier's delivery was on time, there was a problem with the delivery but it was the responsibility of the local carrier. So far, I have only turned on the devices and they seem to work well; now I need to connect them to DMX and see how they perform.
